How it works

From alias to inbox in three steps

No mailboxes to configure. Create an alias, use it to register, and every message finds its way back to you.

01

Create an alias

Pick a name on the shared @aliasbase.co.uk domain. Add the organisation and website, and AliasBase pulls in the logo and a description automatically.

02

Register with it

Use the alias to sign up on any app. Verification links and invites land at the alias and are forwarded straight to your real inbox.

03

Keep it tracked

Every alias, its password, and its delivery history live in one dashboard — visible to you and your organisation, nothing lost.

Features

Everything an alias needs, tracked end to end

AliasBase goes beyond a forwarding address — it's the system of record for every login identity your team creates.

Encrypted password vault

Store a password against each alias. Ciphers are locked with AES-GCM and only unlock for the creator or peers in the same organisation.

Inbox forwarding

Mail sent to an alias is forwarded to your real address and logged in the platform. Set a custom forward-to per alias.

Auto brand enrichment

Enter a website and AliasBase fetches a company logo and description, ready to download as a 512×512 PNG or JPG.

Bulk CSV import

Create up to 200 aliases at once from a spreadsheet. Download the template, paste your rows, and review before commit.

Organisation oversight

Managers see every alias within their organisation. Admins get a searchable directory of all users, aliases and deliveries.

Two-factor auth

TOTP-based 2FA with enforced AAL2 for enrolled accounts keeps the alias vault behind a second factor.
